Chenrezig Sadhana: “Sadhana” is a Sanskrit word meaning “practice” or “meditation.” The Sadhana of Chenrezig is a chanting meditation invoking the Bodhisattva of compassion, Chenrezig. It includes prayer and visualization—no prerequisite is needed for this practice.
